How can we promote extravirgin olive oil?

Promoting extra virgin olive oil has become incredibly important and therefore requires different tools: from tasting courses and seminars, to the book titled "La via dell'olio" . All these tools are implemented in order to reach ESPERTOLIO's final objective, of valorisation of extra virgin olive oil.
