Massimo Epifani, B. Sc. in Agricultural Sciences, collaborates as lecturer and consultant with institutions, universities and associations connected with the world of olive oil and of food in general. Among these are Scuola Nazionale dell'Alimentazione and Associazione Nazionale Città dell'Olio.
Among the first experts of extravirgin olive oil to be put in the register of local authority Regione Umbria, Massimo participates in the creation of food districts in various Italian regions and in many tv programmes including Italy's Linea Verde.
He regularly holds lectures in courses and masters on the sensorial analysis and valorisation of extravirgin olive oil.

Expert promoter for the European Agency for the promotion of olive oil consumption;
Training expert for national and international food delegations for the Scuola Nazionale dell'Alimentazione (National Food School);
Head-panel in the selection of olive oils from Central and Southern Italy within the international trade fair Cibus “New Olive Oil Award”;
Consultant for Parma's Trade Fairs organization (Ente Fiere di Parma);
Graduated in Economics at LUISS University in Rome and expert in wine and food communication, Slawka collaborates with Massimo Epifani in the marketing and communications management of ESPERTOLIO.
On top of writing for various magazines and websites in the field, Slawka is founder Art Motions, an agency specialised in the integrated communication of arts, food and wine.
